My yard is sporting some new flowers; color spots to be killed by the threatened snow, apparently. I find that when I look at my list in "down time" moments, I am motivated to get something, anything done on it.
I set up my list in an Access database, and one of the fields I chose to work with was a percentage completed. I like that. I can see progress even when I can't check off the "completed" date.
For some reason I am unable to cut and paste the list from the table. Maybe I'll hand type it at some other time, but for now, know my garden is looking better, some paint colors are picked out for major interior upgrades and I have a "date" to talk with my director about my plans and why I am going to be deviating from a standardized business model to achieve them. Frankie will understand :)
